This page will be updated as I hear news of Black Monday 2013, but here is what has happened so far. All updates are central standard time.

Arizona Cardinals – GM Rod Graves and head coach Ken Whisenhunt have not yet been informed of their fates. (Updated 12:06 pm) There is currently an ongoing meeting with owner, GM and head coach in Arizona. (Updated 12:08 pm) Adam Schefter is reporting that GM Rod Graves is out as Cardinals GM. (Updated 12:16 pm) Finally, the last piece has fallen, Schefter again reporting that Whisenhunt has been let go. The hits keep on coming today on this crazy Black Monday. (Updated 12:19 pm) Likely the last update for the Cardinals today, but Jason La Canfora is reporting that assistant GM Steve Keim is likely to be promoted to GM and DC Ray Horton will interview for head coaching job.

Buffalo Bills – Head coach Chan Gailey has been fired, no word on GM Buddy Nix, but expected to be safe as of right now.

Carolina Panthers – (Updated 10:37 am) Owner Jerry Richardson does not want to make a quick decision on head coach Ron Rivera, he will take his time on the decision. It could also depend on whether they retain interim-GM Brandon Beane or if they go in a different direction. (Updated 1:14 pm) Ron Rivera will meet with owner Jerry Richardson to discuss his future with the team according to Adam Schefter.

Chicago Bears – Lovie Smith has been fired and Bears have already begun search by sending out forms to interview candidates. This decision was ready to be executed quickly. (Updated 10:38 am) Chicago Bears have asked to interview Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy.

Cleveland Browns – Gm Tom Heckert and head coach Pat Shurmur, as expected, have been fired. Sources say that the Browns are looking for experience and not flash in next coach. GM is almost always hired first though. (Updated 10:41 am) Interestingly, proving me wrong, Owner Jimmy Haslam has announced that they will look for a new head coach before a new GM. New GM in Cleveland may not have much power. Reported by @MaryKayCabot (Updated 12:02 pm) Cleveland has lined up an interview with Falcons OC Dirk Koetter.

Detroit Lions – It seems that head coach Jim Schwartz has been retained, some speculate that GM Martin Mayhew could be fired. I don’t see a new GM for a team as disfunctional as Detroit agreeing to keep Schwartz on.

Jacksonville Jaguars – GM Gene Smith has been let go, head coach Mike Mularkey’s fate is being left to next GM. Owner Shad Kahn must like Mularkey then, could bode well for him getting one more year similar to Chicago this year. (Updated 12:29 pm) The Jaguars have asked for permission to interview 49ers director of player personnel Tom Gamble.

Kansas City Chiefs – Head coach Romeo Crennel has been fired but surprisingly GM Scott Pioli’s status is still up in the air. More soon. (Updated 10:44 am) According to Adam Schefter, the new Chiefs head coach will help determine the fate of GM Scott Pioli…what is happening in front offices this year? (Updated 12:02 pm) Chiefs have also contacted Falcons OC Dirk Koetter about head coaching vacancy.

Miami Dolphins – (Updated 10:50 am) Reports that GM Jeff Ireland is safe in Miami. No real surprise here after the general success of Ryan Tannehill and the young players, but he has been on the hot seat for multiple seasons. He has probably bought himself 3 seasons at least with the success of Tannehill this year.

New York Jets – GM Mike Tannenbaum has been fired after a terrible year for the Jets and head coach Rex Ryan has not yet been informed of his fate but has cancelled his press conference today. It is expected that he will retain his job for next season, despite new GM. Best case scenario for head coach when a new GM is brought in, this is what Mike Mularkey in Jacksonville is hoping for. (Updated 12:30 pm) The Jets have also asked the 49ers’ permission to interview director of player personnel Tom Gamble.

Oakland Raiders – First year head coach Dennis Allen is expected back for the Raiders, but there are expected to be wholesale changes to the offensive coaching staff. Not sure if the decision on coordinator will be up to Allen or GM Reggie McKenzie. (Updated 12:42 pm) OC Greg Knapp is officially out in Oakland.

Philadelphia Eagles – As expected, head coach and basically GM, Andy Reid has been let go. He could be snatched up very quickly. (Updated 12:02 pm) The Eagles have lined up their first head coaching interview with Falcons OC Dirk Koetter. (Updated 12:48 pm) As expected the Eagles will look at Chip Kelly and have already done their background work on him.

San Diego Chargers – (Updated 12:09 pm) The firing of GM A.J. Smith and head coach Norv Turner has been made official. The move was expected and Turner should be in demand as an offensive coordinator. (Updated 12:45 pm) Director of player personnel Jimmy Raye will be interviewed for the GM position.

Tennessee Titans – (Updated 10:58 am) Quick update on the Titans, there was some talk that head coach Mike Munchak could be let go, but owner Bud Adams has informed him that he will return for the 2013 season. (Updated 11:43 am) Owner Bud Adams now plans to relieve executive vice president and CEO Mike Reinfeldt of his duties. (Updated 12:33 pm) GM Ruston Webster is safe at his post for this year.
